New rules take effect for commercial drone flights

Long-awaited FAA rules governing commercial use of drones are now in place. Operators do not need a pilot's license, but they must meet other criteria. KSL's Dave Cawley spoke with the FAA about the issue and shared what it means for Utah neighborhoods.
