BLM renames trailhead at Negro Bill Canyon near Moab

The Bureau of Land Management has used a planned refresh of signs along U.S. Highway 128 near Moab to rename the trailhead at Negro Bill Canyon. The shift refocuses the name on the man behind the controversial Negro Bill nickname, William Grandstaff.
