A late-night Donald Trump tweet urging people to check out a non-existent sex tape for former Miss Universe Alicia Machado did not sway a Utah state lawmaker who led an effort to declare pornography a public health crisis. Republican Sen. Todd Weiler says it's a bizarre issue to see in the spotlight.
