The big freeze.......do you remember????....It caused chaos. Absolute chaos across the country. Millions of pounds of damage was caused to thousands of homes when burst pipes flooded properties. 10 MONTHS on, and one 64 year old woman still hasn't been able to return to her Belfast home.
