It takes nearly 30 seconds to get the message saying that an operator will be available to talk to you about booking tickets. Online there was no information available on Arsenal Football Club's website disabled supporters page for over four hours on 18th November. The concert was sold out within minutes and everyone else had the easy option to ring the main ticket numbers and book or do it online :(
