Nosey Bonk (from Jigsaw)

Jigsaw was broadcast on BBC TV from 1979. One of it's presenters was Janet Ellis before she went on to present Blue Peter. One of the features in the TV puzzle show was a silent sketch feature Adrian Hedley as Mr Noseybonk, the music of which features in this audioclip.
