(EDITOR'S NOTE): The recording starts off scratchy as REACH 684 and ETHYL 01 come within listening range of the scanner site and then becomes clearer as they enter the optimal listening range of the scanner site, before becoming scratchy again as they exit the optimal listening range of the scanner site.
Between approximately 22:30 and 23:30Z, REACH 684 (C-17A), reg #09-9207 was refueled in AR-20 by ETHYL 01 (KC-135R), reg #60-0366, NJ ANG/141 ARS.
