Members of the public refused to leave the Herefordshire Council's Cabinet meeting on Thursday 5th April as details of the 90 million pound development of the city's former cattle market site were discussed. BBC Hereford and Worcester's Andrew Easton spoke to Council Leader John Jarvis.
