Vernon Coaker has strongly criticised the further delays faced by Ulster Bank customers here. Northern Ireland's Shadow Secretary of State says he is concerned that customers in Northern Ireland were put to the back of the queue because it was politically expedient for the RBS Group. They're the company who own Ulster bank.
