A Pakistani woman whose nose was sliced off by her husband 32 years ago has been given a new life after reconstructive surgery. After the attack, Allah Rakhi was forced to hide her face for decades. Attacks like this still occur in Pakistan today, where domestic violence is widespread. Human rights campaigners say almost 900 women were killed last year and nine had their noses or other body parts amputated.
