“what the heck is a reciprocal”?

I had a reader named Eleanor post a comment on my blog yo a post called "Learn Your Craft". In that post I make reference to reciprocals. This is what she said "Hi, I read with great interest your post on Learning Your Craft. Something I am sort of desperate to do. I have knowledge of a lot of the basics, but there is so much more I need to learn to be consistent and create “the vision”.
