SF's Declan Kearney says there needs to be a 'non-recriminatory approach' to dealing with the past

A leading Sinn Fein figure has acknowledged the horror of the IRA's Shankill bombing, saying there is no excuse for the human loss and suffering caused that day. The party's National Chair Declan Kearney was speaking about reconciliation and dealing with the past at a Sinn Fein summer school in Cork.
