Slow the dawn
"I love dawn choruses, but as I considered this one for a sleep project, I realized that dawn choruses are waking sounds, not sleeping sounds. This is my response to the challenge of turning daybreak into sleep time.
"Sleep music for me usually means drones, long, slow tones, and an emphasis on timbre, inviting the flywheel of the daytime mind to spin down."
