As latest stats show more than 6 in 10 adults in Kent are overweight or obese, it's feared 50 percent of us could be at the worse end of the scale by 2030.
NHS studies have revealed there's likely to be 11 million more obese people by then, than there was in 2011.
There are concerns extreme dieting could be partly to blame.
