LISTEN: Our Political Editor Paul Francis has been telling us about the Commons debate on Theresa May's Brexit deal - 09/01/2019

The Commons debate on Theresa May's #Brexit plan will resume this afternoon - hours after the Government suffered a significant defeat in Parliament.

Last night MPs voted for an amendment that will limit ministers' financial powers if the UK leaves the EU without a deal.

The vote on the Prime minister's agreement will be held next week.
