Lancashire Police admit tasering a blind man mistaking white stick for sword

#Lancashire #Police have apologised to a #blind man who was #tasered by officers after they mistook his white stick for a #samurai #sword. Colin Farmer, who's 61, was taken to hospital for treatment. The case has been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission. #taser
