A Green Economy

The Green Economy will be a major boost to the region's economy according to the Energy Secretary, Ed Davey. He's been in Greater Manchester to sign an agreement which will bring in millions of pounds of new money to help fund training schemes and new businesses. BBC Radio Manchester Political Reporter Euan Doak was with him.
