after shot no 3 CoffeeMumboJumbo is almost there ... 32gr of fluid in 29 sec. I simply owe it to the farmers, the beans, the roaster to have another go and get it spot on! a la Small Batch, I'm aiming for 30gr in 25 to 30 sec.
