Yorkshire firm CPP have been fined £10.5m for mis-selling Identity Theft Protection. The #York-based compnay have put £14m aside to pay compensation. But how do you go about making a claim if you believe you have been mis-sold any financial product? Here's some good advice from Martyn James from the office of the Financial Services Ombudsman.
