The political veteran shared his expertise with more than 200 officials at an event sponsored by the Association of California Cities Orange County.

Dan Schnur says from a historical perspective, when California comes back from difficult economic turmoil, it's almost always because of young Californians and new Californians.

Schnur also shared insights on key issues that should be addressed such as education and immigration reform.
