Back in love with my baby

Bought a Taylor Baby a couple of years ago and because it's a 3/4 guitar it's impossible to tune properly... recently, I've lowered the bridge, put on extra light Elixir strings and experimented tuning it up to F# and open D tunings. Even on a regular tuning, it sounds and feels better... so much so I want to take it around with me when I go to work.
