Lourdes Colclough is the Community Food Manager at St Hilda's East Community Centre. In this interview she talks about the St Hilda's Food Co-op project funded by the Big Lottery Fund which has received funding for 3 years to run accredited social enterprise training for food related projects. The funding has made a huge difference to the organisation.
