Salsa Spectacular!

I’ve been doing salsa for a while now but I’m still in the beginner’s class. Twice, I started the improver’s class and I just found it to be too much of a stretch and didn’t enjoy it. This was inevitably followed by a break from salsa.

For me, it’s important to feel more comfortable with the basics before I move on. So I’m staying in beginners for now even though I’m a little envious of the people who have just joined and straight away go to salsa clubs and shake their booty til the wee hours. I know this slower pace is not for everyone but it’s is helping me progress and my goal for 2013 is to move to the Improver’s class.
