Roger Evans speaks about Taser guns

From today, Police in one London borough will become the first officers to be armed with taser guns on the beat. It’s part of the Metropolitan Police’s campaign to roll out tasers across all police forces in the city.

Emma Greatorex spoke to Roger Evans, a member of the Greater London Assembly about the use of tasers in London.
