After fifteen years flying in the Falklands, Captain Archibald D'Mello is 'hanging up the goggles' with an astonishing twenty one thousand flying hours completed.

Sixteen thousand of those have been spent flying his favourite helicopter for British International.

Archie arrived for his final duty included Saunders Island and Fox Bay wearing his original uniform.

Paul Wisdom joined the send off at Brintels and asked Captain Archie how it feels to have completed his final duties.
