International observer group expresses fears over Kenya poll .

The head of the Commonwealth Observer Group in Kenya has expressed fears that the country's independent electoral and boundaries commission IEBC is not fully prepared for the poll in which Kenyans will be electing the President, MPS, governors, senators,women and county representatives.
