Cycling - All Work And No Play :-)

I got back out on the bike today for the first time in 2013, I'm quite ashamed to say that I've not been out sooner :-) I'm finally getting over my cold which has dragged me down for the last few weeks. I need to try and make more time for fitness as all work and no play makes @DeanRead a very dull person to follow :-)
