BBC Radio York - Bishop of Ripon & Leeds says benefit reforms are another "twist of the knife"

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York have supported a letter written by more than 40 bishops of the Church of England attacking the government's welfare reforms. The bishops say that the changes to benefits will affect 200,000 children in the UK. The Rt Rev John Packer, Bishop of Ripon and Leeds told BBC Radio's Sunday breakfast show that it's another "twist of the knife" ... for those on low incomes and out of work....
