Commander Rochhi on the uptick in burglaries 03/19/2013

This is Commander Richard Rochhi speaking at the Wilmore City neighborhood meeting on 03/19/2013 at Drake Park in Long Beach, California.

Rochhi says burglaries in the area are up considerably from the same time period last year. He says 40% of the burglaries are burglaries of opportunity where people leave cars unlocked or windows open.
