The Government's Chief Scientist ,Sir John Beddington told the BBC that there's a "need for urgency" in tackling climate change before its too late.

However UKIP MEP for Suffolk Stuart Agnew is sceptical but Lord Deben told Terry Baxter we need listen to scientists, not politicians.
