Patiently waiting to be served in butchers, France

Perhaps boring boo, but this is our typical experience waiting in our local butchers to order some beautiful meat. Just Two others complete with pet dog also queuing , and you still have to politely wait 45 mins as the ancient but very healthy young looking butcher expertly cuts and ties big servings of meat. He is constantly talking to himself and without doubt happy loving his job.
