For some people the thought of spending hours shopping can be a nightmare. But what about if you're blind? A business in Bolton has been the first in the north west to sign up for specialist training with the Guide Dogs Association... BHS Crompton Place Shopping Centre has signed up to a scheme called Open For Business. It will mean staff will be properly trained to become the 'eyes' of shoppers whether helping them to choose new clothes or items for the home or even just ensuring they know which is the correct escalator to use. BBC Radio Manchester sent our reporter Michelle Adamson to the shopping centre to find out how it works... There she met 75 year old Harold and his guide dog.
