BBC Coventry & Warwickshire are working with six unemployed people and will hopefully follow them back into the workplace with our Just the Job project. Over the next few weeks they'll receive help from experts in careers advice, CV help, styling and life coaches.
Meet Neil Roberts, he is 56 and has been unemployed for 2 years. .
