Someone broke the weather!

Early on the morning of May 21, 2013, most NOAA stations were unable to give weather conditions, due to, I assume, some kind of nation-wide maintenance. This is just a brief overview and some examples of this from several NOAA Weather Radio stations picked up from my home in Greensboro, NC, as well as a few others from other parts of the United States. Only a few places were lucky enough to have weather at all. The rest just had to deal.
