India Floods: This disaster is far from over

Christian Aid's Melanie Smith reports from Rudraprayag district, Uttarakhand - one of the worst affected areas. Following the early monsoon rains between 14-16 June flooding and landslides have devastated this part of northern India. She recalls the words spoken by one man she met who has been made homeless by the floods - 'Whatever I have worked for I've lost. All the memories and all my assets; everything has gone.'
