Agathon Rwasa the elusive leader of the opposition National Liberation Forces -FNL has come out of three years of hiding. In June 2010 after local district elections Mr Rwasa disappeared saying that the government wanted to arrest him for allegedly destabilising the country after the polls. The government however maintains that no warrant had been issued for his arrest.Today he called a press conference in the capital to announce his plans to ran for the presidency come 2015.
