Erging for beginners

In this recording I aim to introduce erging (indoor rowing) to beginners. I neglected to mention the “finish” the end of the stroke, and I probably got 11 o’clock and 1 o’clock mixed up! So all in all it is probably shit and utterly confusing. I would be happy to record a more polished version if there is any demand.
