Spreading fear and terror was the LRA's key tactic...And at the height of the war - nearly two million were displaced- with many of them people living in internally displaced camps. Well Anna Borzello, our former Uganda Correspondent has just returned to Gulu.. She first arrived in the northern town in 1995 when the war was it's peak and was last there in 2006 months before the LRA moved to the CAR where they remain till this day .. So how are people doing today since the rebel's exit?
