Paul McCauley was attacked 7 years ago & remains in vegetative state. The Social Security Agency has asked if he is fit for work

Civil servant Paul McCauley was attacked at a barbecue in Londonderry in July 2006. He never regained consciousness, and remains in a persistent vegetative state. But - its been revealed that his family have been contacted by the Social Security Agency, asking if he's fit for work.
