Morning workout and swim in France

Okay, started wanting to go for a jog, exercise with the sister in law here, but she was disturbed at night with thunder, and so did not want to run. Instead, I went for a mad swim, about 1KM The picture is of my border collie dog, Todd, just after I got out of the pool.
