Ipswich halves street drinking by "Reducing the Strength"

A year since off-licenses in Ipswich were urged to stop selling super-strength alcohol - the police say the number of persistent drinkers in the town-centre has halved.

The "Reducing the Strength" campaign encouraged shops to stop selling beer and cider over 6.5 percent.
