I have told you before but I wanted to let you know again. I came back to this podcast to listen. It's been a rough few months and I am really struggling. I am a depressed person who lives with a depressed person. That means finding a balance of sharing and listening. I found your thoughts most honest and thoughtful, and proof that you do know and understand.

Good stuff, Paul. I know a lot of folk with depression problems, anxiety, etc. What I find interesting is how willing to help others they are, and I respect that a lot. I always drop messages or email; if they answer, great. If they don't great, and I'll try again in a few days just to be sure they're okay. Sending you a hug from New Jersey. :)

Thank you much for this post, it is really how the thinking goes on the part of the one contacting the person who is in the thick of depression. It is such a common malady of our times and I think the #1 reason people take leaves from paid work. Yes, its better to reach out than remain in isolation. I really appreciate your frank and honest words and thoughts.
