County Durham Woman Found Dead In San Francisco Hospital

An investigation continues into the death of a County Durham woman found in a stair well of a San Francisco hospital. Lynne Spalding, originally from Peterlee, was discovered yesterday after disappearing from her room over two weeks ago.
