Ghana security chief discusses strikes

Ghana's national security chief has prompted a national debate after he said strikes were a sign of high level indiscipline in the country. Brigadier General Joseph Nunoo Mensah called for the suspension of salaries of such striking employees. Here's his interview with Focus on Africa's Akwasi Sarpong.
