French Workers - German Jobs

This is Alfred LIchteblau. Every day, he leaves his home in France, and crosses the border to work in Germany. There are now tens of thousands of these cross-border commuters, plus many more who have left France permanently in search of work. Here are their stories, and why they have been driven to take such a drastic step to make a living.
