UUP's Tom Elliott says Haass talks should concentrate on resolving the issue of The Disappeared

After a new documentary exploring the unresolved issue of The Disappeared, UUP's Tom Elliott says the Haass talks need to be concentrated on helping the families of The Disappeared to find their loved ones and find some kind of closure.
