Following a Nolan show enquiry, the airline Flybe has said they are urgently reviewing their Belfast - Manchester route after they have admitted the amount of delays on the route have been unacceptable.
In a statement to this programme - Flybe have admitted there are problems with its Belfast City - Manchester route and are URGENTLY reviewing the situation. They admit their performance in last 5 months have fallen 'below their high standards'. Just how important is punctuality on flights? Do airlines really care if they get you to your destination on time? Or is it tough luck - because once you're at the airport you don't have many options but to wait.
