Thank you. This was a really easy one, made around 16:00 GMT on a Saturday in May 2009. It's a private beach, so it's not unduly frequented. The only problem was the shingle making metallic noises when it washed up and struck the legs of the tripod. The answer proved to be domestic pipe insulation foam, which makes a much quieter, dull sound that's hardly noticeable.
