Tory Minister Mike Penning is in Northern Ireland today to meet Nelson McCausland over welfare reform. Controversial changes to how benefits are doled out started back in April across the water. But nothing has happened here despite warnings of potential big money losses if we didn't follow suit. Mr Penning says NI politicians are burying their heads in the sand over welfare reform here. He says they can't expect the rest of the UK to foot the bill if they won't go along with parity. DUP MP and former Fiance minister Sammy Wilson sits on the social development committee. Sinn Fein's Alex Maskey, is chair of the social development committee.
