James tells his story of poverty, hunger and loneliness

We were talking about poverty on the programme earlier this week, and people finding it very difficult to make ends meet. For some - they face the impossible decision of heat - or eat. James contacted the show on Tuesday. He is on benefits and found himself in the situation where he had little food, no heat, and his electricity was about to cut out.
